MANAGER OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT Reporting to the Group Manager, MRDs, the primary objective of this position is to enhance the company’s overall sales growth and profitability. This will be achieved by establishing strong business relationships with key physicians and pain clinics in the region through program implementation of value-added programs and various partnership opportunities. You will identify major business opportunities and work with our internal Marketing and Scientific departments to develop value-added programs that will increase the company’s business.
Reporting to the Provincial Business Manager you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives to enhance revenues. You have an established track record of achieving sales results. Your proven analytical and business planning skills are required to analyze market data and to develop the necessary action plans to increase sales results within the territory. Your primary role will be to interact with physicians, providing product-related information, which will allow these physicians to make informed decisions on where and when to use our products. In addition, you have demonstrated sound problem solving skills to effectively handle customer objections and questions. A positive team environment is important to you and has been a proven key to your success. Planning and executing Continuing Health Education events round out this challenging position.
